Just got my hair cut and while the cut wasn’t terrible, the service that is advertised when booking is not accurate. When you book, it says “A consultation followed by a haircut using a combination of shears and clippers. Finished with a neck shave and hot towel or hair wash upon request”. I got neither a neck shave, hot towel nor hair wash. I wasn’t even asked about any of that. First time customer and had a great experience with Jordan! Will ask for the post-cut hair rinse next time I return, soon.
