It was an odd experience. Walked in and lobby had no one. Have never been to a doctor's office that dull. There was no nurses assisting people inside or anything. Took forever to process insurance and license info which shouldn't take more than 1-2 minutes if I'm being honest. The doctor rambled about a lot of stuff and had me driving 30 miles to get blood drawn. It was good to go and see how it's like because I can't ever go here again and wouldn't advise anyone to. When I first visited this clinic, I had an amazing experience. Dr. Williams seemed attentive, compassionate, and thorough. She listened to my concerns and appeared genuinely invested in helping me find answers. Unfortunately, every interaction after that initial visit felt like an uphill battle. Communication has been one of the biggest issues. Follow-up regarding test results has been lacking, and I often found myself having to reach out first to receive updates.
