Dr Melissa Winter is kind and caring with a great bedside manner. She really works hard to find a solution to your foot issues. I would recommend her !
Office staff not professional. I had an appointment with Dr Winter called the day before to confirm my appointment, arrive for my appointment then advised by Maria, we do not accept your insurance. She eent to speak with the “office manager” who did not have the kindness or professionalism to come up front and apologize. I have been in the medical field for 30 years. I would not recommend this facility. Very unprofessional.
I cannot recommend Dr. Winter. She listened to my issues and was able to get me feeling better on my first visit. Her bedside manner and medical knowledge is unmatched. My daughter is having some foot issues and will be seeing Dr. Winter soon. I recommend Dr. Winter to anyone with ankle or foot pain.
Dr. Winter provides professional medical service in a friendly and forthright manner, and has brought me comfort and recovery from a variety of foot ailments. All staff, medical and office, work together to insure a smooth visit.
I have 40 years experience in the Medical Field. Dr Winters is professional and has an excellent bedside manner. She explains your problem in easy to understand terms and lays out an action plan to correct your problem. My wife and I have recommended her to many of our friends and all have been thoroughly satisfied.
