Not helpful. My husband and I saw Melissa Sipolt over 7 years ago when we were newly married and I'll never forget how appalled I was with her lack of professionalism. Instead of helping us, she encouraged my husband to leave me and told me that I can't make him stay. She shared during our session that SHE IS DIVORCED so she basically provided input her own bad personal experience/judgment into OUR problems rather than helping us. Melissa Sipolt is an excellent therapist, with great insight. I had zero issues receiving a call back and was able to schedule an appointment right away. Very satisfied.
Melissa not only told me that my insurance was accepted but got my hopes up in a long search. She canceled the day before our appt after weeks, of waiting, she failed me. She didn't even offer other providers but placed blame else where. She texted me as well, not even a phone call. Awful human being who leaves someone with no options the day before our first meeting.
