I'm process of switching pediatricians. I went to Dr. Monalo based on the reviews but after seeing her for my daughter we're switching. She makes my daughter feel uncomfortable by mentioning she's overweight even though she's not. She's not fat or overweight by any means when you look at her. After 10 years, I wanted to switch doctors for my 3 kids. Since this doctor is in our network of insurance, I intended to have them set up my kids by email proactively for time is limited on my end. They refused. With the clerk's tone and demeanor it seems like they just don't care. Found another doctor's office that took care of me and worked with me within minutues. I guess my family will be spending the next 10 years with them.
