My grandaughter is visiting from out of town, and broke her glasses. She has VERY poor vision without them. We walked in to Dr. keusler's office and were greeted by Deb. We explained the situation and she looked at their schedules and managed to see us in the next few minutes. Dr. kuesler was fantastic with my grandaughter, explaining every step. Dr. Keusler, through an eye examination, provided me with an incorrect prescription for my eyes. When my contacts were ordered, the wrong prescription created a very difficult problem with my ability to see. This affected my eye health and ability to function from day to day. I was seen by another eye doctor and the prescription provided did show a significant difference. My vision is challenging to correct, and the delay in having the correct prescription determined created a loss in my ability to function in the work place... read more
Dr. Keusler is quick, professional, with a convenient west side location. (But totally worth the drive from anywhere if needed). Her office staff is so sweet and amazing! I've been going for years and the service is consistently wonderful with every visit.
