So when I retained Melissa she was took on two matters I had. She was very attentive for the most part( I have to remind myself I’m not the only one.) Well when she says she fights for what’s best for the child she’s right on. She is hands down the best attorney I have ever retained. Shes easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable She stayed true to her word. She fought for me and got me sole legal physical custody.
Please don't make the same mistake that I did!!! I retained Melissa for a custody matter and ultimately decided to seek new representation. In my experience, communication was inconsistent and often delayed, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult to navigate. Worst experience ever!!! Please don't make the same mistake we made. Melissa starts off being nice and appearing to be a good listener. However, the truth is she shows up late and unprepared for court proceedings and dresses like a homeless person. She was nice and educated regarding the English language and writing. 7000 dollar later not one thing has been filed on my behalf this is going on the 2nd year I been calling office for 2 months texting email ect nothing I just want my money back .
When I got jammed up by my ex on a post judgement issue, Ms Pearce and her team went way out of their way to assist me. She gave very clear and concise advise, even tracking me down well after business hours. The best service I have ever experienced from legal counsel. Highly recommended
