Dr. Payne is a truly phenomenal doctor. I have followed her from another location and we will continue to follow her. Both my husband and son also see her and are very pleased with her services. Not only is she our doctor but she is a friend, a family member, someone we trust with our life therefore, we consider her family! Her bedside manner is that of a caring Dr, she is always out for the best interest of the patient and their family. She is very forthcoming and explains everything in detail.
She is rude.... Won't discuss any problem other than what your appointment was scheduled for. All about money has an I know more than you attitude. That's not what your appointment is for comment won't return phone calls. Would Not recommend her others feel the same.
I love Dr Payne. I'm a former patient of hers. We left the practice when she moved to Grove city. What a mistake! She is the best doctor I've ever had. She listens and you know that she really cares about your health. I just tried to set up an appointment but I was told that she is NOT accepting new patients and hasn't for years.
