I love Dr. Payne she generally cares about her patience. She takes the time to sit and actually talk with you. She does not just go in and out. She’s caring and she understands her patience concerns.

Doctor Payne is always so pleasant. I can come in feeling very overwhelmed, and she listens to all of my concerns and I leave the office feeling much better after our discussions. She has excellent rapport with her patients, and is very caring. She explains things very well, provides excellent education on questions,discussions or,conditions.
She spends plenty of time with me and my family and is thoughtful of our personal needs as patients. She truly cares about treatment outcomes and views each patient as a unique. Her care is catered to each individuals needs and I believe this reflects her conscientiousness about providing excellent care
She took the time to review all my medications. We discussed changes in meds and the reason for the changes. On top of my care and needs as a patient.
she’s a great listener and makes you feel like you’re the only patient she has. And explains everything to you in great detail. Would highly recommend her.
I would absolutely recommend Dr Payne to my friends and family. She listened and genuinely cared about what I was saying. The staff was also fantastic! Easy to reach and called back quickly.

Dr. Melissa Payne has been my doctor for over 10 years and she is by far the best physician I've known. Always friendly and willing to listen to your concerns. She's also humerus which is important when facing an embarrassing situation, she's very sensitive to it and helps get your mind off of your embarrassment. I love Dr. Payne and feel very blessed to have her as my doctor.
