I did not have a good experience with her. I came in for EMDR, but she didn't focus on that. She mainly focused on "processing". She also left me completely during the holiday season when my family issues are the most complicated. Then she suggested a residential program for me called the ranch that was entirely a rehab program for addicts and was not suitable.at all for me so I had to come back to Charlotte. On a side note, she has a soda addiction. She should not be treating anyone.

There aren't enough words to describe how grateful I am to have Melissa as my therapist. I went through many therapists in my lifetime and didn't feel comfortable with my previous EMDR Therapist. I felt anxious at first not knowing what to expect because finding a safe and good connection with a therapist is so vital! I found that with Melissa.
