Melissa did an excellent job pricing my home. It went under contract after just one week and closed 5 weeks later. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and even assisted with staging the house to make it show-ready. Her husband also stepped in and helped prepare the home by installing a storm door and deep cleaning the home, which I truly appreciated. Melissa was amazing! I’m active duty and was underway during part of the process, and she still made everything smooth. With over 20 years of experience and great knowledge of the area, she helped me navigate a tough VA Loan Assumption and kept me updated the whole way. After 60 days we closed with an incredible 1.75% interest rate. Couldn’t have done it without her!
