She presents herself as all peace and love. She says it’s possible to divorce with dignity, to stay positive and kind. Well when it comes down to it .. she’s like most other lawyers .. only in it for the money. I sent her a lengthy, heartfelt email describing the abusive marriage I was stuck in. I asked her if we could come up with a payment plan. Her answer, a flat out no. She didn’t even have the decency to discuss it with me. She had her secretary call and say all money was due up front , period.
