Amazing is an understatement!!! Melissa went above and beyond for me on this transaction. Not only did she have the house under contract in seven (7) days from listing it. She also negotiated the full asking price! Additionally, I'm an investor and didn't live in the immediate area. She checked on the house every week from start to finish (closing) just to give me peace of mind. I highly recommend Melissa! She won't let you down!
