Melissa goes above and beyond in searching to make sure she is giving you the best options and making you aware of all the “ifs,when’s, and buts”. Very thankful to have such a dedicated realtor! She helped me with my first home and then almost 2 years later helped me turn around and sell it for more!

Melissa helped us in finding our home, secure a loan by advising what paperwork was needed and always answered texts and emails. Melissa contracted COVID19 in the midst of us working on paperwork but she continued to help us in getting the right paperwork in to get our beautiful new home. We would recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a home.

Melissa helped me through each process from start to finish, from the listing to the closing. You couldn't ask for anything more, Melissa is the best! She hand walked me through every step and explained every detail of the closing process. I knew exactly what was going on at all times. I never had to wonder what was happening.
