We recently moved and worked with Melissa both to sell and buy. I can't say enough good things about her. She had good advice on what to do with our house before selling and was incredibly valuable in helping us evaluate offers. In buying, she knew what to ask the other realtor that we hadn't thought of and was quick to contact them when we had questions. We also appreciated her being around to answer our questions after both signings. I'm hoping we don't have to move again, but, if we do, she'll be our realtor of choice.
