I love Melissa's hair and beauty! The vibe of the place as well as the girls that work there make it an amazing place to get pampered. Heather has done my hair twice and I am in love with the results. Definitely will be going back with all my hair and beauty needs!
Tori stepped up when my regular stylist didn't and I'm so thankful she did. She hit it out of the park for sure. There was a scheduling error by my stylist & Tori was working the front desk trying to find a solution. She turned out to be the solution. She took it into her own hands, figuratively & literally. She took the time to talk to me, listen to me, give me her professional opinion & talked me through a gutsy hair cut. She did amazing on my color & highlites. Every time I come here I get the worse customer service. They have chopped my hair off, they have ruined my hair millions of times. And sometimes I try to give them a second chance but damn, they sure do know how to ruin someone's hair. I think the only good hair dresser there is carmen. She's the only who has a good idea of how to do hair. The rest of the people will chop your hair off to your shoulders or dye your hair the complete opposite of what you want.
