Highly recommend Melissa! She is very professional and will go above and beyond for you to get you what you need. We sold our home with her last summer and also used her for the purchase of our new home! She collaborated with us on pricing for the home that we were selling to ensure that we were getting top dollar and what we wanted (within reason).
