This practice is awesome. Every member of my family and several dear friends are patients here. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, pleasant to deal with and kind. They literally saved my husband’s life in 2019. I am so thankful for them. Melissa is great.
Wonderful person, listens well, asks great questions. My concern is she’s always late for appointments. I can’t recall an appointment that was on time. Most recently I saw her 45 minutes after my appointment time. I appreciate when my doctors respect my time. Once she finally comes into the room she is very good. Just be prepared to wait.
Extremely helpful answering questions and giving very important information. Relatable. Doesn't rush the time she spends with clients. Always very positive.
I love Dr. Grow and Melissa Baughcum! I have been a patient for more than 10 years. They take time to listen and recommend solutions that fit the patient. So happy to belong to this group.
