Dr. Arief is amazing - wonderful beside manner, gives you all the time to ask questions - and even gave me a hug. I can’t say enough nice things about her and her knowledge. BEWARE, however…her office staff and answering service is HORRIBLE. I have tried to call the office for 3 days straight and have left messages, etc. and no one has bothered to acknowledge my call just to simply schedule an appointment for surgery. I’ve never had this kind of bad service like this before.

Doctor was very nice, informative and told me I would get a call to schedule surgery the next day…. Didn’t get the call… I called left a message with a person and a week later still no response…. Almost 2 months later still no appointment scheduled…. Love the doctor… she needs to clean house in her office….
