This doctor couldn’t accomplish to send the correct prescription for over 2 weeks. I am shocked at this incompetence
Dr. Johnson was great, but if you have urgent medical issues, do NOT go to this doctor. The staff is completely incompetent. Will NOT return calls to the numbers left w/msgs. They will ONLY call the number on the file, so I had to remove my home number. The staff has lost the records referral. It appears my cancer is back and the staff treats the urgency the same as a needed annual pap smear. The paperwork is now lost a month later and it is not an issue. Absolutely fantastic Doctor. I’ve experienced some losses and difficulties becoming and remaining pregnant. Dr Johnson has consistently been on my team and helped me through everything. I’ve had poor experiences with Doctors shrugging me off and I have not experienced that at all with Dr Johnson.
Very poor experience with this doctor. Extremely short appointments with long wait times. Was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes and doctor explained nothing. She gave a referral to specialist providing minimal support. Did not check baby’s measurements after 32 week ultrasound. Did not check for dilation at 36.6 weeks, and delivered to an on call doctor at37 weeks. Did not test for PPD at 6 week postpartum visit. Would not recommend her to anyone.
Very pleasant doctor. She made me feel comfortable, is knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Highly recommended!
