BEWARE: I've been accused of missing 3 appointments which is a lie. First time I definitely showed up just to realize no one had told me the address changed! Second time their faulty website and app wouldn't allow me to cancel on a Sunday 48 hours ahead, when I called Monday to tell them their text links are broken every time, I was dismissed again and apparently docked. *caution* Fake five star reviews, disingenuous behavior as some of the people probably have a conflict of interest and know them personally. As you can tell 0 negative reviews all are five star. Click their profiles and only 5 star reviews. Statistically that cannot be real. My raw review: Walking in the place seemed kind of cold, chic sort of a shopping area for supplements as if I shouldn't be there as a medicaid patient. The front desk was very kind. Amazing clinic and staff. Dr. Aimee is attentive to detail and a great listener. She is knowledgeable and compassionate and advocates for her patients and also encourages them to advocate for themselves. I highly recommend Meliora Clinic
I am new to acupuncture, but I can't say enough about how positive my experience has been at Meliora Clinic. They actually accept my insurance, the environment from the lobby to the treatment room is simple, subtle, and calming, and the level of care has been exceptional.
