I recently moved in and I must say, it was seamless from the moment I applied, to the moment I picked up my keys. The entire staff has been so welcoming and professional. Keep up the great work!
UNRELIABLE MAINTENANCE!! First, I have complained multiple times about the AC of my unit. It remains at 85! Imagine coming from OUTSIDE from the heat to basically the same temp. I have contacted maintenance multiple times they have yet to come. Second, consistent water shut offs. They will turn off the water and state it’s for a short time period but it’s BS. The time frame they give is not reliable.
My maintenance request was very easy to request through the portal. It was taken care in a timely manner. Thank you Melia!
I’ve been living here for two years, and I have to say that since the new management took over a few months ago, I’ve seen a lot of improvements. Management is more responsive and available, which has made a big difference. The apartments themselves are nice, and overall it’s a solid place to live. There’s also been more attention given to cleaning and maintaining the common areas, which is great to see.
