This was the dirtiest, smelliest hotel I have even been in. And for $250 a night to have linens piled 5 feet high up and down the hallways. The overwhelming smell of mildew. No such thing as room service. Everything is old torn ripped and run down in this hotel. It looks NOTHING like what it depicts. It ruined my vacation in Atlanta, being that every other hotel was booked, I could not leave. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.
The staff was kind and helpful when we arrived. The hotel was clean and pretty nice. We were on the 20th floor and I was surprised at how well we could hear all the traffic and sirens below. We left our room at about 11:15 am to check out but could not leave the hotel until 12:45 pm. The lobby was a zoo and we soon found out why.
