Horrible bunch of humans. Arranging snow clearing at midnight in front of neighborhood residence going past midnight in non conforming snow removal vehicles, having my house shake. Kids are up, no sleep is disgusting. Easily could have been arranged to be done on a weekend during the day, but they choose to always have construction work done in the most inconvenient times. Terrible company to rent from. They do not care about the buildings they manage. My building is cleaned once a month, the stairs leading to the second floor have never been cleaned. I missed work, and so did 3 other tenants in my apartment building because they couldn't seem to hire a proper snow removal company. Absolutely embarrassing.

Have rented with this company as a small business tenant for a few years now, and the property manager Michael Trentadue has always been very responsive, helpful, and professional.
