Terrible company to rent from. They do not care about the buildings they manage. My building is cleaned once a month, the stairs leading to the second floor have never been cleaned. I missed work, and so did 3 other tenants in my apartment building because they couldn't seem to hire a proper snow removal company. Absolutely embarrassing.
Horrible bunch of humans. Arranging snow clearing at midnight in front of neighborhood residence going past midnight in non conforming snow removal vehicles, having my house shake. Kids are up, no sleep is disgusting. Easily could have been arranged to be done on a weekend during the day, but they choose to always have construction work done in the most inconvenient times. Melchoir is a horrible money driven management company. Stay away they dont care about you or your neighborhood. Just the $
Have rented with this company as a small business tenant for a few years now, and the property manager Michael Trentadue has always been very responsive, helpful, and professional.
Melchior Management 777 Corporation has been solid from day one. Snow is cleared quickly, walkways are de-iced, and safety issues like non-functional doors are handled without delay. Special mention to Michael Trentadue; he communicates, listens, and follows through. Michael explains things clearly, takes accountability, and offers a plan rather than excuses. That alone puts them ahead of most property managers. I feel safe, heard, and well cared for at 1000 Parr Hill Drive. That’s rare and worth acknowledging.
This review is specifically for the Thompson building on Gibson in Parry Sound. We have been service providers at this building since 2021. Melchior Management deserves a huge amount of credit for purchasing this historic building and continuing to make ongoing investments to improve it. I hope the residents of Parry Sound appreciate the what the company is providing. The heart and sole of the building are the Superintendent Karen, and maintenance man Dave.
