I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly employee who asked me 1- what my project was, 2- whether I needed in stock or would be ordering, and 3- did I need design assistance? I told her I didn't know anything about tile, so she said she'd send a designer to me after I looked at the selections and then directed me to the in stock display.
