Excellent and very good price for service. Prompt. Quoted and did on same day. 20 mtr 2 yr old gum skinny 4 inch x2 main trunks. Cut down at base and poisoned to prevent roots from sending new shoots. As hard as it was to see the gum go it was in a paved courtyard growing through its pot. It wasn't the right place for it. I love nature. These guys respect it to the utmost. Provide good advice and very reasonable prices. It was 165 to take out this little wonder. MTS worked safely and efficiently in the cold Melbourne weather to fall 3 monster pines on my boundary fence above my neighbor's house. We are all happy and will use them again and again. Good job guys.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This business has absolutely no sense of punctuality or professionalism. They scheduled me for Monday morning and never showed up. When I followed up, I was told the crew would arrive between 1–2 pm—again, no one showed. By 2:45 pm, I had to chase them down myself, only to hear a lame excuse about “miscommunication” and be asked to reschedule. This was a complete waste of my time.
