The facility was wonderful. The nurses staff and doctors were excellent. Very professional and caring.
I opted to have my surgery here because it was waaaay cheaper than the hospital iteself. I can't say enough about how smooth the process went, and everyone was very kind and professional. It's too bad people only leave reviews when there is a complaint to vent.
I’ve had multiple bad experiences at Melbourne Surgery Center and feel others should be aware before choosing this facility. The front office staff is consistently rude and unprofessional. There’s something “off” about the entire team and the overall environment. On both of my visits, the nurses failed miserably when trying to put an IV into my arm. I received excellent care for my recent procedure. The staff is friendly. I've been seeing Dr. Koretsky for over 10 years, and I've been impressed with his knowledge and bedside manner. I made a mistake with the appointment time, and I was worked in quickly. Highly recommend the facility and the physician.
This is one of the worst run businesses in all of Florida! As soon as the woman called me to go over my surgery, I knew this is not a place I want to have surgery! She was so rude That my thought was… if the manager or owner of this place will put somebody like her on the phones to speak with patients. What else has He/She screwed up within the company?
