The staff at the desk are very busy and lovely .. but avoid this place at all costs .. it’s a shocking example of ‘cookie cutter’ medical services .. charging way above Medicare rebates .. and you get lectured .. not listened to at all .. and get marched in and out in 12 to 15 minutes. This kind of ‘service’ gives medical practitioners a bad name. The ‘specialist’ Tracey Leong seemed to be delighted when she ‘discovers’ anything unusual in ‘patients’ breathing. Well that’s understandable - her bank account would love it !
Saw Dr Wallbridge and loved him. Great Doctor and person in general.
It's not as though a medical place is NOT going to make you wait a little while, so 4 stars max. But the staff are lovely and Dr Nick is a bit of a legend. Recommended if you're having sleep issues.
Fergal O'Donoghue provided the worst customer experience possible. Waited on the phone for 2 hours for a tele appointment with no contact at all. When asking why there was no contact to move the appointment the response was very entitled - 'good doctors are in demand'. No refund and now looking at what I can do through the ombudsman.
