I was charged $629 to replace a standard kitchen mixer tap. During installation, a tile behind the tap was broken, the tap does not feel secure when swivelling, and the silicone finish was minimal and uneven, with the application across surrounding tiles hurried and inconsistent. We had our stormwater system/pipes redone and were really impressed with the whole experience. They were one of the few companies who actually came out to inspect the job and provide a quote and their pricing was very reasonable. When they discovered during the work that more of the stormwater system needed replacing than we had originally anticipated, they explained what needed to be done and provided a revised quote for the additional work rather than just going ahead. struggled to get an emergency plumber this weekend but after contacting Christian he was there within the hour. Was very polite & friendly and wrote a detailed report to pass on to property manager about repairs required.
