I couldn't be happier with my new electric Mini Cooper, such a zippy and fun car to drive yet as powerful and safe as my former BMWX1. The service from the team at Mini was first class. Elyssa Hardiman made the purchase smooth, fun and easy. She wasn't pushy, very informative (knows the car like the back of her hand) and accomodating. I think next time you will lie about servicing the car. Make sure you disable remote functions rather than asking people to wait 7 hours for a service you have done for an hour. We could literally see that the car is not being checked remotely and you told us it is. Been sitting on the same spot for 6 hours
