- Only open Mon-Thurs with hours not accommodating for working people. - Receptionist told me that I had to come in to scan my medical ID card due to them not scanning it correctly when I visited last time. I asked If I could email the copy or fax it. I was told that I had to come in. Left work early to be able to come in during their hours of operation only to have the receptionist take a cell phone picture of my Medical ID. - Be ready to spend close to 2 hours before your appointment.
Got a referral for my mom to Dr. Havkin. Called the office to make an appointment and they only accept faxed referrals. The office that wrote the referral does not fax anymore. So I called back, stuck in the middle, and the woman would not let me finish...insisting they must have a fax and that my mom's doctor has never had an issue with it before, continued to interrupt me me trying to explain that I was caught in the middle of two doctors offices with procedural issues.
