I am very excited to have my first home with Pacesetter in the Chaparral Crossing development. Danielle Lipari-Mareth was extremely helpful through the whole process. She always took the time, and followed up on any question I had through the construction of my house. I'm very happy with my decision, and look forward to enjoying my new neighborhood.
We have had a great experience so far buying our first house! Everyone there is friendly and helpful!
It has been about a year and a half since we bought our home with pacesetter. I am happy with the neighborhood and location. My complaint is that we had a few major problems with the home itself. We paid to have concrete floors put in which did not turn out to be the color we wanted nor were they done correctly. We also had an electrical shortage that caused the doorbell ad porch light to stop working. We had the floors redone during the first year "check up".
