Purchased my first home here. The community was super cute and I loved it when I toured. There’s a farmers market on the first Sunday of every month. It genuinely seemed inviting and peaceful. However , everything after has been down hill. The HOA company has no clue what they’re doing. Half of the community is not in HOA guidelines, but they will charge the ones who are. I am very excited to have my first home with Pacesetter in the Chaparral Crossing development. Danielle Lipari-Mareth was extremely helpful through the whole process. She always took the time, and followed up on any question I had through the construction of my house. I'm very happy with my decision, and look forward to enjoying my new neighborhood.
We have had a great experience so far buying our first house! Everyone there is friendly and helpful!
