Bad service, was rushed by a staff while I was picking the flowers which made the experience a letdown. Furthermore, the flower mixing skills are highly questionable, I picked 3 bunch of flowers ($140), it kinda made sense because each bunch was a pretty big bunch, but the way the florist put tgt the flowers were so bad I had to remove some and adapt it myself. I chose this florist because I loved the atmosphere of the shop and had hoped to use them for my wedding flowers. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I contacted the store in advance regarding my wedding bouquet and communicated via email. At no point was it clearly explained that without a final reply, no bouquet would be prepared at all.
