First time to this clinic , dr Varathan is so nice n professional. I had a patch of skin grow at the back of my body n I scare is cancer . After she checked and she said is not n not to worry. She noticed my concern and she offer to check my whole body to put me at ease . I highly recommend dr Varathan , she is nice n caring dr .

My issue was solved but I felt rushed, belittled and dismissed. I was waiting for other test results for potentially serious issues which are being investigated by my GP. I am grateful that my skin issue was diagnosed, but I did not have a good experience in terms of holistic care and empathy.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Varathan. Her attitude was rude and dismissive from the start. Despite promising to leave my scripts with the receptionist, she failed to do so. When I called to ask about my blood test results, she was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. To make matters worse, instead of providing the scripts as promised, she insisted that I book another appointment, clearly prioritising profit over patient care.
