If I could give no stars I most definitely would. I believe BMW Southbank are a disgrace to the marquee and are totally disrespectful of people's vehicles!! If you take pride in your vehicle and are an enthusiast let me warn you to stay away from this organisation. I took my beloved BMW 420d for its annual service and got the shock of my life when I went to pick it up!! We purchased our BMW from Melbourne BMW a little over 2 years ago. 2 weeks ago whilst driving, the brakes failed. The brakes siezed up, the pedal would only depress about 1cm and we were lucky to avoid a serious collision. Melbourne BMW have been unwilling to engage in meaningful dialog beside minimising the issue and offering half-hearted solutions (1 year of additional warranty) to a major issue in an car not of merchantable quality.
