Dr Santos is a great Dr. She explained the procedure that I needed, the test that needed to be done & answered all questions throughly, the surgery went just like she explained & better yet I could drive the same day I came home from hospital. The office staff great from the receptionist , Danielle, Miranda & the rest of the staff I came in contact with. Great experience & I will recommend Dr Santos. She's a "10"
Very friendly, informative, easy to understand procedures. Had suegery scheduled in November , unfortunately I broke my hip and unable to schedule now
Horrible horrible horrible. She doesn't listen, she is rude, staff is about as bad as you can get.
She doesn't listen- she has unrealistic expectations financially with referrals and if your insurance doesn't cover it she expects you to out of pocket it and like in my case I can't she told me that if I'm serious about getting better I'll figure it out and she also doesn't like to give referrals for things she is more than capable of doing. Her staff is completely rude and u professional as well- I had one of the nurses open the door on me as I was indecent and proceeded to talk with door open
I woundn't recommend her to anyone. She didn't even ask my name on the first visit and kind of embarrassed me by stopping me when I was trying to give her may medical background and history as far as recurring UTIs and so on. She asked me questions that were already answered in the form I filled out. No forwarning & explanation of the vag/pelvic exam she was doing.She is unfriendy,cold and doesn't show care and compassion towards her patient.
