I didn't know Melanie at all until another agent failed to meet me at their office to write up an offer to buy a house in Lewiston. That other agent never did show up, so Melanie paused her own work to politely jump in to handling my contract with very little info on me or the house. She literally dropped what she was working on to correct another agent's failure, promptly.
