Dr. Jackson is an excellent physician and diagnostian--which is important when treating digestive issues. In my experience, Dr. Jackson gets things right that other doctors get wrong...
Dr, Jackson was very nice and made me comfortable concerning the appointment.
I have gastro-intestinal issues and colon cancer runs in my family. I found Dr. Dykman very knowledgeable, professional, and he explains what is going on and what I need to do... although you can tell he is on a schedule... so no dallying. I trust him. What more can I say? He also has an office on Kent Island and in Annapolis, which makes it very convenient for me (being from the Eastern Shore). Staff is fine, office is fine. No issues at all.
He misdiagnosed me completely. After my visit, I decided to see other professionals because I didn’t feel right with Dr Dykman and our interaction. I had to get emergency surgery within a month. He should not be in this field. Very rude and doesn’t have a single care for his patients.
Dr. Jackson was wonderful! Very easy to talk to and very, I have referred several people to her!
He made what could be an uncomfortable situation very easy to get through. He also listened to my concerns and gave me helpful feedback.
I was extremely nervous about my procedure. Dr. Jackson was sweet, humorous and professional all at the same time. She had me laughing as soon as I was in the room and it eased my anxiety tremendously! I would definitely recommend Dr. Jackson!
