would never recommend, melanie is extremely unprofessional and prioritizes money over everything
I was recommended by my mother to come see Dr. Adams because I need to get a check up for skin cancer. Everything was perfect the first time I came in even though Dr. Adams was doing everything. What I mean by this is, she was the recipient and the doctor. That was fine and everything was perfect but when I came the next time she had a rude reception (Ericka), who was very rude and tried scheduling my appointment months out in advance. I had a large flesh mole removed from my arm several years ago, and Dr Melanie Adams and staff were excellent. The care and service provided were professional, and the procedure was almost painless. The mole didn't come back, making this an all-around exceptional experience. I plan to return to Dr. Adams for further diagnosis and possible surgical procedures soon.
Awesome experience and wonderful bed side manner.
