If you’re seeking relief, don’t come here. I was referred to Dr. Ketchandji from my primary care provider (PCP) for a large kidney stone. I ended up having surgery. Long story short, after the surgery they didn’t give any after care instructions or what to expect. The recovery period was over a weekend, & I called Monday seeking a different type of nausea medicine. I Strongly advise Getting a second opinion ASAP before making any health decisions based on what this 'doctor' has to say. I have a laundry list of reasons this doctor should not be allowed to work in a hospital; too many to list. I was referred to Dr Ketchandji by the hospital. I had went to the ER unable to urinate and was hospitalized. First off, the wait time was long and the staff was unfriendly. She came in the room and immediately decided that I had MS, even though my only symptom was that I couldn’t urinate, she asked me several questions and even though i told her I wasn’t having certain symptoms she insisted that I did. Dr Ketchandji has been treating me for incontinence and UTI’s. She did the Bulkamid procedure and it has stopped both my problems. She is a very knowledgeable and nice doctor.
I got the treatment I needed from Dr. Ketchandji. Some diagnoses take time and diligence to find. And her willingness to recommend an unusual treatment was rewarding. I recommend waiting to speak to her directly rather than through staff. She is a very fine physician.
Dr Ketchandji has given me a new quality of life. She stayed with treatment until the right procedure would be effective and as I stated allowed me to have my life back again. I always felt she had a real concern for my health issues and always had the time for me. I already have recommended her to several people.
Dr. Ketchandji picture should appear in the dictionary when you look up bedside manner. She is an astute, professional, caring healthcare provider. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
