Melanie made the process of becoming a homeowner smoother than I could've hoped! She was very attentive and communicative throughout the whole process. She made sure my offer was competitive and advocated for my best interests during negotiations. I also can not say enough about her team. As a single individual, buying a home for the first time is quite a daunting endeavor.
