Dr Melanie Collins is super patient and thoughtful with my many many questions and concerns. She is one of very few doctors who is up on the latest with regards to women’s menopause health. I have been seeing her since my last pregnancy 17 years ago and now for mid life women’s health. She is phenomenal and feel confident under her care.
I have been seeing Dr. Collins for 18 years. She delivered my 3 kiddos and always answered my million questions! Even moving away from Austin, I drive into town to see her for my yearly visits.
Dr. Collins is incredible! I’ve been seeing her for 18 years. She delivered my daughters and now guiding me through menopausal time period. She listens, cares deeply, and takes genuine interest in me and my family. Her care is exceptional! She never brushes off anything- diligent and diagnostically focused and proactive. She takes no short cuts. Highly recommend!
I called to make a new patient appointment. I asked if the doctor treats a specific condition and the receptionist refused to provide an answer. She said I would have to make the appointment and ask the doctor myself. Her lack of care was enough for me to know it wasn't going to be a good fit. I ended up going elsewhere.
