I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
Dr. Melancon listens to you. She understands both having an ill child and being the parent and caregiver. The staff is amazing. I would highly recommend these physicians to anyone looking for a pediatric group.
