Absolutely the best! From the moment we first met Mela, we instantly knew we wanted to work with her. Her warm, approachable personality made us feel comfortable right away, and that feeling stayed true throughout our entire home-buying journey. As first-time homebuyers, we had so many questions, and Mela was always incredibly supportive, responsive, and communicative. She went above and beyond every step of the way—from helping us navigate financing to connecting us with reliable contractors and everything in between. We ... read more

We had the absolute best experience working with Mela from our very first meeting through the purchase of our dream home. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the West Hartford market, which was invaluable to us and played a key role in helping us get our offer accepted in a fast-moving, multiple-offer situation. Mela is responsive, easy to communicate with, and always quick to get the information we needed. She consistently provided thoughtful advice and anticipated questions we didn't even know to ask. Her deep network i... read more

Mela and Dan are wonderful to work with. I was referred to Mela by a coworker and am so glad I chose Mela over other referrals. Mela is extremely helpful, supportive and responsive during the whole process. She will be flexible to make sure you see all of the properties you want, when you want to. Mela has great advice and is great to be a sounding board. I was new to the area and Mela really helped navigate the market and really allowed me to get a great deal in a hot market. I feel lucky to have had a great experience in a... read more

Mela came highly recommended. As first time home buyers and out of state residents, we came with challenges. Mela met those challenges above and beyond. Anything we wanted to see, she was on it. She wanted nothing but the best for us and our family. She was friendly, responsive, and understanding to what we needed. The market in Madison is highly competitive and assured us that we would find our home. If we ever do this again, Mela will be my first and only call!

Mela was recommended to us by our previous agent in a different state and was fantastic from start to finish. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, understanding, and respectful of our decisions. There were some unusual circumstances throughout the process and unpleasant surprises on closing day, but Mela handled it extremely professionally and went up to bat for us. My husband and I were impressed. We would absolutely work with Mela again and recommend her to family and friends. Thank you Mela!
