Desde el domingo estoy tratando que me den las promociones de las inyecciones el mismo día escribí cuando vi la historia luego fui el lunes presencial a mela y por la hora q fui no había enfermeras esto es algo q no es culpa de ustedes si no mía porque no. Cuando llegue al salón me indicaron que solo debía esperar 20 minutos. Sin embargo, estuve esperando una hora y media y nunca me atendieron ni me dieron explicación alguna. When I arrived at the salon, I was told I would only need to wait 20 minutes. However, I ended up waiting an hour and a half and was never attended or given any explanation. I eventually had to leave without receiving the service. I consider this a lack of respect for the customer’s time.
