I sold a house in 2016 in Salem, Oregon. Mel did good. I just wish they listened to us harder. Her and her Associate did not follow through my request as a power of attorney or as a primary contact person. A few unwanted events happened but I will just say one thing. They never mailed me the closing check when I was living out of state. Or did not explain why they would not mail it.
