I would give this place negative -5 stars. My mom wanted to send me a flower arrangement (I'm in FL). So she went to a florist in MI, told them what she wanted (even showed pictures), and then that florist contacted Mel Johnson's and explained to them what my mom wanted. When I got the arrangement I sent a picture of it to my mom. She was so upset! She told me she spent $100 on the arrangement.
