Mel H******* has horrible customer service there employee was super disrespectful from the beginning he yelled at my mom for no reason when she was speaking to him respectfully. The service was horrible they put a new engine in my car and left the all bolts loose and you could hear it rattling and they didn't even fix it I had to take it somewhere else because they messed up my car completely. all they do is mess up your vehicle
I go for a routine oil change and left there with a major oil leak. Supposedly their tech forgot to put the cap on something and everything leaked out. Second, visit their tech recommended an axle needed to be replace but had to order the part. Two days later; I’m there to get it repaired, just for them to tell me two hours later, they recommended the wrong repair and need to order part for the new job. I no longer trust this place !!!!! Be careful folks !!!!
They damaged my parents transmission and are not taking responsibility for it. Now my parents have to pay for a full transmission rebuild. Never do business with them

Wonderful New Purchase Experience Fantastic! Fantastic! The General Manager, Phil Nightingale, went above and beyond what was expected. Phil listened to exactly what we wanted. Rather than sell us an Edge off his lot, he found one that had all the features we wanted and it did not include features that we did not want. This dealership has bad business practices. They are more concerned with profit margin on deals than on customer loyalty and return business. I would not recommend anyone doing business with them locally or anywhere else in the US. They canceled my sale which was a truck at MSRP because I no longer had a trade in available for them. Your dealerships greed will catch up with you in the long run.
I purchased a car from Mel Hamilton Ford , Wichita , KS earlier this year. It came with a 90 warrantee so I didn't do my due diligence and have it checked out myself. It didn't take long that little things started popping up. When I tried to schedule service the wait times were lengthy and finally was told the warrantee had expired. I had suggested I take it to my regular mechanic but was told the warrantee was for ford service only. Long story short, before this story is over I will have spent an extra $20,000.00.
