Jason C. solved the issue with my doorbell not working. He came to the house, provided me with a written estimate of the cost to repair the problem and gave me the opportunity to price-shop a new door chime myself. I was able to order the unit online and have it shipped to me in a timely fashion. Then Jason C. promptly returned to do the install. So many times workers will drag mud and dirt into the house on their boots but Jason wore covers on his boots. Thank you for a job well done.

This is the second time we have had Jason C. do work in our home. He was on time, polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgable and efficient. Also, he wore shoe covers - a respectful bonus! Would totally recommend Mel Carr Electric and Jason C.!
Jason came into our home today to trouble shoot our family room wiring. Not only was he on time, but very friendly and informative. He explained the issue and how he resolved it. Even offered to clean up after himself. It took him less than an hour to resolve the issue. I would recommend Mel Carr as a reliable outfit.
