I can't say enough good things about Dan A. and Mel Carr Electric!!! My aging condo seems to have an electrical issue just about every year and Mel Carr has always been there to fix the problem. Today was no different as Gary arrived promptly and had the problem outlet identified and repaired in short order. I am satisfied with the results and will use Mel Carr again in the future (I have some projects lined up).
Gary C. was our Service Pro. We had lost power to our washing machine, dishwasher and outlet in the kitchen all at once. Gary explained that he had to find out where the disruption of power was. After an extensive search, he discovered that the outlet behind the refrigerator was the culprit. Once he was able to diagnosis the problem, he fixed it! He was personable, he put up with my endless questions with a smile! This was our second experience with Mel Carr and we would recommend them to anyone!!
Absolute rip off. I had 4 ceiling fans I wanted installed. Now keep in mind, there was already an electrical hookup and switch in each room. Literally just needed fan installed in place of light. They quoted me $215 per fan! Literally over $800.00 to install fans smh. The topper was that I wanted one of the switches to have a dimmer on it, and that was quoted to me for $200!! I've used Mel Carr Electric twice now and have always found them to be extremely pleasant and highly skilled at their job (Jason stopped by today and was a pleasure to deal with - you're obviously hiring the right people). It's nice to know that my wife and I have a company we can trust to handle any electrical issues that come up. Highly recommend Mel Carr Electric.
